What we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, company name (optional), email address, type of service requested and the text of your message.
Through the booking form on pages dedicated to an event or a group we collect: full name, phone number, email address, type of service, date and time of service, pick-up location, any intermediate stops, drop-off location, number of passengers and number of bags. Bookings we receive are stored in the restricted area of the website, accessible to authorised staff only.
If you allow us through the banner, we also collect browsing data in aggregate form: pages viewed, source of the visit, device type and time spent on the site. Your IP address is anonymised and does not allow us to identify you.
With every request we record the date, time and IP address from which you gave your consent. This is used solely to demonstrate that consent was obtained, as required by law.
Why we process it
We use form data to read your request and reply, to prepare a quote and to organise the service you booked. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.
We use browsing data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We read it only in aggregate form: we do not build individual profiles.
Legal basis
Processing of form data is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Processing of browsing data is based solely on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the banner and revocable at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and bookings for as long as needed to handle them and, if the contact does not proceed, for a maximum of 24 months. If the relationship becomes contractual, data follows the retention periods required for contractual and tax records.
Statistical browsing data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Who can access the data
Only authorised people within our organisation access the data. Technical service providers may process it on our behalf as data processors: our website hosting provider, our email service provider and Google Ireland Limited for the statistics service. We do not disclose the data.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site uses technical resources (typefaces and animation libraries) served by providers that may be located outside the European Economic Area.
The statistics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve transferring data to Google LLC in the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, secondarily, of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a readable format. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookies and measurement tools
This site uses technical cookies, necessary for it to work, which do not require your consent.
It also uses Google Analytics 4 to collect browsing statistics. This tool is activated only if you allow it through the banner: until you do, its cookies are not installed and no data is collected. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
